This LETTER OF INTENT is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of e-mail transmission. 

During the 30 days I need make no payment for PROJECT 21 unless and until I have received a LETTER OF INTENT from my first customer.   Immediately when this is received I agree to send you my first payment of US $90 by the payment method I have indicated from the list on the e-form below. This payment will cover the cost of my first monthly installment of PROJECT 21.

I further understand that if, at the end of 30 days, I have been unable to find anyone to join, I have the choice of either sending $90 and remain in the program or canceling this LETTER OF INTENT and at that point our association will end.
